Linear Living is preparing a planning application for a bold new development, a 251-unit apartment and townhouse scheme situated at a key gateway into Manchester city centre and forming one of the final pieces in the Green Quarter’s long-term regeneration vision.
Nestled on the border of the Green Quarter and the emerging Strangeways and Cambridge SRF, this site plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of the city fringe and strengthening connections into the heart of Manchester.
Building on the ambitions set out in the Strangeways & Cambridge Strategic Regeneration Framework (SRF), developed by Manchester and Salford councils, this development aligns with the broader vision for the area.
